you need a few power choice changes. Have a look in the controller forum and search out TopDoc's build. It is as near the definative AV solo killer build as you can get, oh and I hope you got deep pockets full of influence cause it will not come cheap

I'll just throw my two bits in. I have a ill/Rad AV/GM/Pylon soloer.
Your build is wayyy overpriced and you still didn't achieve what makes ill/Rad so awesome, Perma-PAs. It looks like you're trying to build a Scrap-troller. The beauty of a pimped out ill/rad is you never have to get close to the battle. Once you get your global recharge up you basically just debuff and attack from range. Perma-PAs really makes it feel like you're cheating.
Below is what I run and it gives me a 2 second overlap to recast PAs on whatever I'm facing. Basically, I just sit back with Phant and blast away with no worry of aggro.

I will check out the troller forums also, thanks for the advice...funny thing is for some reason the CoH forums are always so confusing to locate stuff
My Ill/rad troller is now sittting at 39 and i have been very impressed with him so far, I want to make him a AV killer..would this build (depending on my skill of course) do the trick? I will of course be getting as many accolades as i can.
