Well, part of that is normal. The mission will reset after a DC, but spawning for a team of 3 and gaining patrol XP after a short disconnect is odd. May want to /bug it or something. 
why i already posted it here xD

I was in a mish soloin. I had already did the mish clicked the glowy and stuff all was left was clear the last mob. Then i died i got back to the door but didnt enter the mish then i dced. I logged back in and entered the mish to find the mish was reset and my patrol went from 0 to 10k.
