Kinetics Transfusion +Performance Shifter: Chance for +End
I put that in my stamina so I wouldn't have to worry about were the +end ended up. as slotting transfusion? I found that forgoing sets in it actually worked the power better than slotting it with sets...just go with regular IO's and put the sets in your other powers...at least thats what I found to be more effective
I know the proc slotted in Speed Boost gives the end to a teammate, but why would you want to slot it in Transfusion when you have Transference? Nobody needs that much endurance..!

With recharge out the whazoo & the frequent powers I throw around in combat I have to disagree with your last point - you can't have too much endurance!

Anybody know for sure? Edit: Paragon Wiki tells me "This IO will grant endurance to enemy targets if slotted in an enemy-targeted power", so I think I found the answer. Now I'm hoping someone will come along and tell me Paragon Wiki is out of date/wrong and this enhancement will actually be good for my kin/ defender. |

I think Kinetics' main advantage besides the damage buffs is limitless endurance. I don't use stamina but have 4 toggles, plus Telekinesis when needed, and very rarely miss with Transference. I'm used to being down to 10% endurance and knowing that with my next move I'll be full up again, so I suppose it depends on playstyle.
