Chat bubble colors are broken (except the color you can set in the options window)

There was an issue/possible exploit with binding the < & > symbols and so they are no longer valid in new keybinds. Most binds pre-existing the change still work. But if you are loading bind files, well those count as new binds upon loading. X

I'm a hardcore keybind file user. I recently started up my account agian to find that all of my keybind files that have commands in brackets like this < command > do not work anymore. What ends up happening is that my pets no longer emote, they simply say the emote, and my customized chat bubble colars for different situations now printout the color commands instead of changing the color. so a chat will literally look like this on screen.
<bgcolor red><color yellow> Let's go!!
This should make by chat bubble color go red and font go yellow but it no longer works.
What is the replacement to for the < > brackets when using them in keybind files?
