Creating a list of IO slotting bugs/oversights

Every once in awhile, I get knee-deep in a Mid's planning session and will find that powers that should be able to slot a particular IO (and it's corresponding set) aren't allowed to; at least not in the planner.

It would help to be able to consolidate all of these bugs and oversights into a single list that can be checked and verified to be bugs or as WAIs.

A good consolidation should allow for the Dev team to, hopefully, address the entire slotting issue in one fell swoop instead of making random spot fixes.

Warshade - Sunless Mire/Black Dwarf Mire- Not taking ToHit Buff IOs or sets; Dark Extraction not allowing slotting for Slow IO sets

MM Merc - All pets not slotting Accurate Defense Debuff IOs/Sets; Spec Ops not slotting Accurate ToHit Debuff Sets; Soldiers (Medic) not slotting Healing IOs/Sets; Burst not allowed slotting for Accurate Defense Debuff sets

MM Necro - All pets (including Soul Extraction) not slotting Healing/Accurate Healing sets; all pets (including Soul Extraction) not slotting Accurate ToHit Debuff sets; Grave Knight and Lich not slotting Accurate Defense Debuff sets; Lich not slotting Hold or Immob sets; Soul Extraction not allowed slotting for Hold sets; Life Drain not allowed slotting for Accurate ToHit Debuff sets

Controller (Gravity Control) - Singularity not allowed slotting for Hold or Immobilize sets

Controller (Ice Control) - Jack Frost not allowed slotting for Hold or Slow sets

Controller (Illusion Control) - [***Phantom Army not allowed slotting for Knockback or Slow IO/Sets (possibly Endurance Modification IO/sets) - may be due to flavor names being used to dress up generic psi attacks?]; Spectral Terror not allowed slotting for Pet Damage or Pet Recharge sets; Phantasm allowed slotting for Flight

Controller (Plant Control) - Fly Trap not allowed slotting for Immob sets

Medics don't need Accurate Healing sets - their heal does not have an accuracy check. Healing, however, is a gross oversight.

Originally had left that off the list due to the descrip that has the buff listed as a +ACC; not a +ToHit. However, upon checking the effects tab, it does list it as +ToHit.

Arachnos Soldier - Call Reinforcements not allowed Endurance Mod enhancements or sets; not allowed Hold enhancements or sets; are allowed Defense Debuff enhancements but not Defense Debuff or Accurate Defense Debuff sets?

Arachnos Soldier - Summon Spiderlings are allowed Defense Debuff enhancements but not Defense Debuff or Accurate Defense Debuff sets? If I'm not mistaken, Spiderlings do have an (unlisted) Immob attack... if so, they are not being allowed slotting for Immob enhancements or sets.

(Arachnos Soldier (OT) - Channelgun does Energy damage but Longfang (an extension of Channelgun) does Lethal damage?)

Disparity of:

Kuji-In Sha - Ninjitsu
Reconstruction - Regen
Healing Flames - Fiery Aura
Earth's Embrace - Stone Armor
Essence Boost - Luminous Aura
Hoarfrost - Cold Mastery;

heal powers being able to slot Resistance enhancements/sets vs:

Reconstitution - Willpower
Alkaloid - Poison
Frostwork - Cold Domination;

not being able to.

Channelgun fires a single Energy burst while Longfang fires a 3 bullet Machine gun burst. The damage types seem appropriate to the visual animations.

I'm confused. Are you making this list for/from the Mid's planner?
Are these things that are currently slottable on the live servers, but not in the planner?

'Cause, if that's the case, you should chat with St0n3y, since he's currently updating the planner. Have you seen his thread about updating Mid's?

This is a list of slotting issues within the live game; slots that should or not should be available based on what the powers do. Mid's just makes these issues easier to find.

Yes, the list is currently based on the Mid's setup. Although some of this has been double-checked with toons I have on live and/or cross-referenced with Tomax; I will acknowledge that I haven't double checked eveything.

Therefore, I always welcome confirmations both for and against items that may be included in the list.

Mastermind - Traps - Trip Mine

This power is set to take Targeted AoE Damage sets, when it should be taking PBAoE Damage sets like the Blaster and Corruptor versions.

Willpower - Rise to the Challenge: Has a ToHit check but doesn't allow slotting for ACC, Accurate Healing sets or Accurate ToHit Debuff sets

Rest is both a self heal and self eundurance recovery. Considering Brawl and Sprint can accept set bonuses, I see no reason why Rest can't accept Healing and Endurance Modification sets.
