My SG has Salvage storage bins. They usually just have Halloween salvage in there, but Invention Salvage fits too. So there's the first half solved.
As for the Recipe storage, you can craft most of the recipes into IO's and store them that way. Okay, not costume (Wings and boots) pieces, Temp Powers and Respec Recipes, but with the exception of the last one, they are pretty cheap.
There are a couple of items that I think the Base Editor could include.
I would like to so some Invention Salvage storage in Base Editor. Not like a Vault, but a communal Invention Salvage storage.
And of course with that comes Recipe Storage. Now this one could be done like the Vault or even be done communally, either way would be great.
I just hate having to use the auction house for storage instead of selling.
