Stone/Stone tanker build request
This is what I've come up with. Should be fairly cheap to build, no purps, no majorly expensive uniques, all fairly easy to obtain. Some things in this build aren't exactly needed, just added in there for the extra set bonuses (such as the Impervium Armor: Psi Resist).

the recharge bonus is extremely low though.
plus some of the caps on the bonuses has been exceeded by several points.
As said, its rather cheap build.
You want recharge, lotg's go 100+mil but will boost your recharge massive (my granite has 61% atm).

This is not a reply to you as wording can be not ones meaning. It's a dig at almost everyone that literally "needs" a stonetank. If one can't find a stone tank, then so what, ask another type of tank, give them and the team the experience of using a brain cell or two and failing that try something else as Tankers like anyother AT aren't supposed to be needed but instead more rather make a team better off. Atleast I like to think so and haven't seen much to change my mind.

the build is not possible as it is, it has heavy mallet on level 4, wich is not possible as you need to take stone mallet or rock armor to hit level 4.
unless you have a free respec you want to waste ofcourse.
Im liking the build alot, personally i was able to get 58% recharge below 600m, but thats easy, i know its possible to reach 65-70% below 600m.
here is the one i made, as you can see im not very good avoiding overcaps either but i managed to get 58,8%.
i kept shen's build as it was very good.
With a little help i might be able to reach my goal here.

I'll try and give some insight on how I slotted mine:
I took stone skin and slotted it with 1 ageis resis and the one ageis unique and a lvl 50 resist IO. It allows you just what you need to make sure and hit the S/L cap in granite, and gives you a 5 percent run speed bonus. I took rock armor as a mule for Gota run speed and LotG uniques. They both help with recharge and run speed. I 3 slotted earths embrace with the heal/Recharge HO and saved slots there.
6 slot granite and throw in enough ageis and other IO's so as to max your def and resist, but to also get those set bonus's. Mudpots and tremor are great for Obliteration, and It has great bonus's Decimation (or thunderstrike for cheap) are great in hurl boulder and ring of fire. Hurl boulder is great for taging run away mobs and is perfect for an opener for farming the cimeroan wall for IO's and purples. (I open up by tagging the surgeon with it..knocking him off the wall..lol)
make sure and take advantage of any set bonus's that give melee def and smashing/lethal bonus's. With the melee attacks, crushing impact gives great set bonus's, recharge and is a cheap set, while touch of death/mako's bite gives extra damage and defensive bonus's.
I say investing any slots in taunt other than for set bonus's only is a waste. fireball from the pyre mastery set is a much better taunt plus it actually does damage. Six Slot anything you use alot of. I have base recharge and run speed in granite for now, but when I am done, I should be At a positive for both. If you want, I can share my build and thoughts.
If I wanted to tank Ghost Widow for a team of blappers as my Stonetank, and its doable I would have no substitute for a well slotted taunt, partly because it'll need duration and range, but mostly because its autohit but anyway...
I played with it for a bit. I could of put purples in and what not, I kept the same power picks for the most part, I have no idea of intentions and done this at speed really. Earth Mastery for AVs is for me the best epic but you want Pyre, so we will go with Pyre which is good for general teaming but more so on a Firetank.

What is the one Archetype always missing when you are doing Tfs and farming, tanker but not any tanker, stone tankers are never there when you need them.
So i really had a strong motivation to make a stone/stone tanker right now. I know there is cons about being a stone tanker, first if you dont have a hero to sb you, the run can be quite painful, ive seen a few stone tankers with no teleport, imo its a must for me.
i have been checking out the epic pools and the ones i like most is either earth or pyre mastery.
i think earth would be the best for cc.
also i dont want rock armor, it cant be activated the same time as granite armor so i rather take stoneskin to start with.
