Billing Problem! (NCSoft Master Account)

Ok, so I tried to buy the new booster yesterday but when I was first tried the purchase was refused. I tried several more times only to be accused of fraud. While trying to find the problem I noticed that the currency for the card was set to USD (US Dollars) on my master account. I couldn't find a way to change that so I removed the card and tried to add it again only to be once more accused of fraud suspicion
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Wait 24 hours, then go again

I have 4 accounts, after the third purchase, it went all fraud on me as well (oh and should anyone reading my earlier rant happen to walk by, I did get a call from the company asking if it was correct that I bought the same thing thrice in a row )

Just wait a day and retry (or go paypal or summin..)

Well at least they rang you and didn't just block you for 24 or so hours.

I was blocked from the STORE, not from my card thank god..
It's the store itself that stops the purchase dead in its tracks when you go for four in too little time.

All is well now, At least I know that I will have to get next packs and such with pauses in between
