Updater - Error

I get this error message when starting up the updater:

failed to rename c:\Windows\System32\CoHUpdater.EU.exe to c:\Windows\System32\CohUpdater.Eu.prv

That never happened before and I haven't changed a single thing since the last time I had to update the game.

It's not working for me at all. I changed to CoHUpdated.prv but it's stuck on connecting. If I go EU, it says what you describe.
