It happens just at launch (after agreed to the EULA) Avatea just said Vigi' and Zukdeetnft (german server) will stay closed maybe up tomorrow

Was the freespec issued today with I15 going live? Or is it being issued in a few days time?

(Hope Avatea doesn't mind me using notify on this - but I'm guessing from a few comments I've seen elsewhere that I'm not th eonly one wanting to know and since we are given notice I guess it should be ok to press for an answer on this.)

This must have something to do with the German language files.

I'm playing the English game version, my updater is in German though.

When the final update for issue 15 was applied on my system, I got that problem as well:
The updater was stuck in a loop of scanning all files over and over.
