The only channel I'd recommend is:
Defiant Events
A large public channel used for advertising Strike Forces/Badge Hunts and the like. There are quite a few private channels floating about, but that will come into its own once you've met a few people 
Dominators happen to be my favourite archetype. What 'ninja' aspect are you hoping to achieve from it, may I ask? Stalkers really do fit the 'ninja' heading best, with their inherent [Hide] power being better than *any* other form of stealth power available to other ATs, and their spike damage from hide itself.
Dominators do not really benefit from being hidden, in the grand scheme of things- *but*, it's your character, so just have a blast with whatever you enjoy Personally, locking down everything in plain sight just happens to push all the right buttons for me

If you have seen Naruto (anime) there are several different types of ninjas. While I won't get the close combat and stealth with Dominator, I get long range attacks that are kinda similar to some ninja types in Naruto. They use different elements (water,fire, etc) in their ninjutsu, and some are good at immobilizing their enemy.
However, I still might switch to a Stalker, for the more traditional ninja style
I'm afraid the first glimpse of that Anime I've ever seen I caught the other night while surfing through the Hotel Room TV for something to watch to kill a bit of time. But i'm indeed familiar with the concept.
Sounds to me like you wish to play the archetype pretty practically, but *conceptually* explain your characters origins/style as one of a ninjitsu/kidou/reitsu (whatever you want to call it). That i applaud, concepts are what make me so attached to my characters

Yeah, that's it. And that's one great thing about this game, that you can make your character look like almost anything. And that the appearance doesn't change because you need some unique armor with stats.
Makes it all easier to stick with your character concept

Played alittle as villain, and found out that I'm not in a villan mood at the moment. Just felt wrong when I was asked to kidnap somebody ^_^
So created a Hero aswell. Ninja concept, Controller.

Good suggestion, and it was exactly that I went with. Mind control and Trick(or is it Trap?) Arrows.

Hi everyone!
Figured I'd give it a try again, as a villain.
I thought about being Stalker, since they actually have Ninja Blade and Ninjutsu, but figured that most archetypes actually could be a type of ninja. 
I'm new to this game, did try it alittle a long time ago, but never really gave it a try. I think there wasn't even villains back then
Are there any special villain channels I should join?
The character I made is a ninja style Dominator. Been watching too much Naruto lately
