Quick Question on Power boost / Power Build up

Hi Guys,

I should probably know this - but does Power Boost increase the effect of res and def DE-buffs as well as buffs?

res and -res can´t be buffed by powerboost/power build up

For detailed information on any power, right click it, select Info, and click on the detials tab. Or if you're in the choosing powers screen, click one of the show detail buttons on the top.
