RWZ crashes on load

Try loading the game with the 'safe mode' option ticked,
this will set minimum graphics settings etc, but hopefully will load the game enough to get your character clear of this issue until support can resolve it for you!

I had to check there if this was an old post *thinks back to old RWZ portal* Anyway, I had the same issue with Grandville on COV. the graphics with my old card wouldn't load and crashed. If you haven't already contact support they can move your character even if your not logged on back to PI (:

Still stuck.
As the PlayNC is undergoing maintenance you would be best off logging into the game with another character then raising a /petition. Don't forget to mention which account, server and character is being affected. Once that's done you should receive an automated email acknowledgement followed by another email from a GM.

I went to the RWZ foor the first time every today (yeah, i've had the game one and a half years, but I've never got a level 50 even - I don't play that rigourously)
Anyway - I went through the protal in PI, and then the laoding screen came up, it got to about 2/3 - 3/4s loaded, then the game crashed.
I restarted, same thing.
Tried it once more, got the ssame thing again.
So now i've lost my highest level toon in the RWZ, since I can't log in to that toon without crashing pretty much instantly.
Help?
