As they stupidly tied the voting system (that is already a wrong one for that case as it uses the obsolete 5-star system instead of something else) to ticket rewards, is hard for anyone to find quality content alone or with company except if tagged by NCsoft employees.
I think there are a few global channels that you can join for that but as I have no personal experience I can't suggest you a specific one (or remember their names).
If you are on Union might I suggest...
Union Chat Has the occasional team going and general banter, not really for teaming, but it does happen.
Sals badgehunters Many a team and taskforce happening here, yes there still is a lot of MA badge banter, but thats to be expected with the release of any new shinies 
Mission Architect The now Farm free version MA channel, for teaming and MA usage discussion.
Other than that, hooking up with other SG's in coalition, regular teaming buddies etc are always good and if you really get stuck, send me a tell @Tsumiju Zero and I'll see whats going on!
