Mob/Boss Placement
Some maps don't have positions. These are either outdoor maps, or maps that are too small.
Try some other Casino maps. If that doesn't work, you're out of luck and better consider a different atmosphere.
From memory, so UI element names may be off slightly:
Can't recall that map - but IIRC most Casino maps are quite small - as in one or two rooms so I'd guess that spawn areas (FRONT/MIDDLE/BACK) may not be available.
Would it fit your mission to trigger the boss spawn after a glowy is clicked?
In boss settings you can set the 'Spawn when' to state another objective that needs completing before the boss spawns. This defaults to 'none' - as in don't trigger off anything else - but if you have a glowy you can set it to spawn when the glowy has been clicked.

I have tried Mission Architect for the first time and whatever option I choose (Back/Front/Any), the boss of my mission is right in front of you when you spawn, what am I doing wrong?
I am using Lucky Six Casino as a venue, I have Defeat All Enemies/Defeat Boss/Release Captive as mission goals and my own created enemy set. I was thinking you'd be able to put the mobs and bosses where you wanted (e.g. two minions with a lieutenant, one minion and one lieutenant guarding the captive, boss at back of room with three minion guards etc.), but the mission seems to do it itself.
No lieutenants on the map, minions randomly spaced out and the boss (who is kind of the point of the mission) right at the entrance roaming back and forth.
Any tips?
