In the tutorial (omg yes! there is a tutorial!) it lists some, off the top of my head:
Blue is mission names

Yellow is for breaking the 4th wall

Huh? I never knew the yellow was for breaking the 4th wall.
By the way, that yellow-coloured text hurted my eyes...literally.
Red is to highlight warnings that the mission may fail if a condition is not met, iirc.
Also, which blue? Sky or Royal?
When creating a mission you can colour the text. Mission wise, the colours each signify something.
E.g. Red = "There maybe a really powerful hero there. Take some friends with you!".
Does anyone have any idea which means what?
