Complete/Fail Mission Button

When I make my stories I generally like to test each mission as I go to make sure the story holds together in a sensible fashion and to make sure there's no glaring mistakes.

This is all good and well when I'm only a couple of missions in, but when I want to test the final boss of the last part of a 5 mission arc, it's a bit of a pain having to test my way through the previous missions that I've already tested.

Adding the option to complete or fail the mission in progress to advance the story would be a boon and take loads of pain out of balancing mobs and bosses.

For example, in my arc, 'The Scent of Blood' (shameless plug!), The custom faction took tons and tons of tweaking to stop them being stupidly overpowered (the first iteration of them could kill you by just glancing in your general direction!) but as they don't appear properly until the third mission (the first actual encounter is an avoidable ambush after completing mission 2), balancing them has been a pain in the old buttocks.

You can move missions by clicking and dragging them in the MA screen. This way, you can play mission 5 as mission 1. Just remember to move it back when you're satisfied!

Really? Splendid! Thanks Mr Aardvark. Is there a 'manual' for the MA tucked away somewhere?

Nothing official, but one or two players have produced a few hints - we really do need a compendium though.

I'm slightly surprised by that, and then at the same time, I'm not really. Most of it is self explanatory, but the little things, like dragging missions about for testing really ought to be mentioned somewhere.

All that said, the folks who've been putting the guides and hints together are doing/have done a great job!
