Day Job: Monitor Duty - grandville bugged

I've had several differents alts hanging out in grandville at the base portal to get the Monitor duty badge, and lately to confirm it's really bugged.

Several alts have been there for weeks now, without even the badge bar showing up even if the day job location icon shows up every time I log off.

I guess this is well known(?) but what I wonder is, what base portals actually (currently) work for this day job badge villain side?

I usually log out inside the base after entering it from the RWZ. You get credit towards two day job badges there

Badging character: Bimble on the Union server, Badgehunter.com and City Info Tracker.

Sharkhead seems ok, maybe they missed Grandville?
Bug report it ingame and hopefully they can fix it for I14
Note, is grandville's portal inside the Arachnos base, as that may be causing it not to show, they removed most double day job areas as credit was only being given for 1, with the exception of patrol exp which is location independent.

I'm presuming that the 'arachnos official' badge covering grandville might be bullying it, as the double-day job locations for me have stopped working. Like the Gville hospital gives only 'Paingiver' and not AO & Paingiver.

Usually the local badge should override the global one, so if you are in say Pocket D and go to the hospital there you will get the caregiver/pain specialist rather than the night clubber.
