Question about using screenshots etc. on a webpage

They should be ok, the US site offers a fansite kit with the various logos to help you make a site.

From past dealings with companies I can confidently state the following info.
Fansites are welcomed if they promote the game and the company. Some companies encourage you to use the game and company logos. Some won't encourage but won't discourage either. They don't mind you using their stuff as long as you state that is where it comes from and the site is promoting the game/company rather than blasting them. In my experience the same is true for pretty much all the game graphics. Companies like free advertisements, so won't be quick to shoot you down for using graphics from the game. I know of a couple of CoX related sites that use graphics lifted from pigg diving ( although we are not supposed to discuss that on the official forums 
).
If you have any real doubts and want to be 100% sure PM a forum mod they will be either able to give you a yay or a nay, or can ask someone higher up the food chain for you.
Since I'm not familiar with copyright laws and stuff, I thougt I'd ask before doing something wrong.
So, is it legal to use screenshots from the game in my webpage? What about the use of City of Villains logo?
