This may have been mentioned in another post so i appologise if im repeating on another issue already raised. The problem i have been having has arrisen since i13 in that wenever i log my Ice/ice dom i crash within 10 minutes of playing and have found that despite logging back in i crash multiple times, i have since found that even playing on a team with an ice dom (not me as one) i crash also and have narrowed it down to jack being in close proximity when it happens. Im baffled to why this is happening as i have played my ice dom for a couple of years with no probs then bam all of a sudden this starts happening, and its bloody frustrating!

When i crash its like the game freezes, i cant access task manager , nor any other application, no error messages appear and i have to shut of computer at power before cold starting.

I do crash in a similar way on occassion with other toons but no where as serious as ice doms in general
ive seen these hotfixes for vista however i am on windows xp so didnt think it would apply.

GFX card is nvidia INNO3D

Anyone help?

Thanks

That's a computer hang, not a game crash. Sadly I have no help

try upgrading you video drivers or if you have the latest version get hold of a older version and downgrade and see if that makes any difrence.

Failing that it could well be that your GFX card is faulty get a hold of 3dmark and run that see if it causes you PC to hang as it'll run the card through its passes and if its iffy should cause it to fail.

Also GFX cards (and PC in general) get hot really really hot so make sure there's no dust or fluff covering vents if your adventure's open the case up and give it a hover (just hold the hover over the board don't actually touch the board) also give the fans on the GFX card a spin round make sure there moving freely oh and do all that while its switched off electrical safety and all that
