Improvements to Electrical Armour
Yea rename it to Overcharge and just have it boost specific attribute would get around the possibility of it making the like of parry to powerful.
I would however also let it boost the effects of the EMP at teh end of power surge.
For my 2nd active build, I was forced to drop charged brawl and Conserve power--didnt need it anyways-- And picked up the medicine pool. With heal self, I can heal myself for over 500HP, however if they can do that without making it interuptable, that would be nice.
So far i've managed to avoid aid self on my lvl 50 elec/elec largely surviving on a mix of the sleep heal proc and a kill them first mentality of course this only works with my elec elec as his attacks have a chance to sleep on my mace/elec I'm quickly wishing i had went mace/shield but I'm to pig headed to change and my claws/elec stalker is again a exercise in theme over praticality.
the fact that a lot of elec armour users seem to favour (or feel forced into) aid self is a bad thing in my opinion players should not feel railroaded into picking up specific powers and the fact of a simple addition of some healing ability in power sink a relatively easy change to implement as they've already done it once would greatly help
For a CP replacement, maybe another +recharge? From memory, there're set-based powers for just about every power pool power, but isn't one for Hasten (self clicky +recharge). Maybe a clicky +100% recharge, +30% runspeed (or 30% recover?) for 30-90 seconds on a 300-500 second recharge?
imo some sort of Power Boost variant could work depending on what it'd boost, could make it like Fire Armour and turn it into a +dam (100% Energy, 60% Negative, 80% everything else) +End Drain/Recovery, possible a little bit of +recharge?

Well after having the pleasure of teaming with a similar lvl duel blades/energy aura (lvl 30 i think) stalker last night I'm more convinced than ever that elec armour needs power sink swapping with conserve power and the heal added.
As while we were about equal in over all damage that we were taking where i had to swallow a lot of greens and blues (and when they ran out drop back and rest) he was able to fire of energy drain every (other) fight and top up his end and HP meaning over all he was far more effective than my claws/elec could ever hope to be.
Yeah, thought about swapping for Power Boost myself, but am also aware of Castle's feelings about it!
Probably because it would be broken when used in conjunction with click +def powers, like parry.
Maybe a cut down version that only buffed healing, end drain and end recovery.
I really should do something about this signature.
