Just a quick question for anyone with a Nightwidow alt. Do the two Psi powers in the set (Mental Blast and Psychic Scream) cause redraw on the Widow Claws? I was thinking of speccing out of Dart Burst and Poison Dart and into those two in order to maximise the amount of -recharge i can stick on mobs.

No, nightwidow Psi powers don't redraw claws. fortuanta powers do.
