I throw Strike in there as well if I don't have crazy amounts of recharge. It's still got a pretty quick animation time and hitting power.
If I had an apocalyptic degree of recharge I'd actually rather drop Focus. I don't know the numbers, but I DO know that it often has a little pause at the end which seriously gets up my nose and stuffs up the silky smoothness of my chain.

It has high dpa and with enough recharge follow up should triple stack on focus. Much like the db chain
