spines/regen is pretty nice or maybe a softcapped spines/sr
I would have to say Broadsword/Regen. But hey why not be cool and go for claws/dark armour? 
Spines/SR is probably quite nice now with elusivity.
I wouldnt bother with soft capping though due to how set bonuses and defence stacking scales down in PvP. Just go for +HP, +ACC, +RECH and +Regen.
