Well Artegal we run it in the evenings and if the server is not down for maintenence we keep at it until the work/lectures are over (and we want to play). That has been the process for now.

Well how about alternating or coupling the heal farm with a PvP session? Either together or apart. Get people in the zone battling it out for the Disruptor badge while those with the badge can either join the heal farm or help others get the relevant badges.

Well about PvP farm. Best way to do this
Get together with a few like minded individuals, use the channel note the names and those who are interested find a time you will start on. Bring all alts to that location in the pvp zone, go on hide and start. Each player has his or her Badger char. The other alts are farm meat.
Take turn in killing the others alts (and badgers) (dont forget the 10 min counter) then someone alts like crazy while the other badgers kill the alts. Then its the other badgers turn in alting etc.
To get the Disruptor one WILL have to dedicate time and do this if not each day then very often. The 2 points removed each day is not fun.

Just a bit of thread neco, I ran a rep farm the other day. The 4 badgers who showed up for the start picked up 160rep each.
I'm planning on a doing a few more to get them to 400rep.
So PM me or send me a message @Dagar and we can chat.
Oh I will be inviting people I know and will be careful about randoms. Even to the point of asking for refs from people I do know.

I was thinking of setting my laptop to the side on saturday morning and just letting it go on there all day.
But then I will need a refresher of exactly what to do, glad selections etc.
Well here is the refresher:
Grab 3 longbow wardens (cost 500) and fill the rest with the cheapest gladiators you can find. Use every point.
Then when we have a big enough group, we will need someone to duel log or just be a friendly mood.
Everyone but one (or two if one fears the linkup will go poof) joins the same team, prior to enter the gladiator arena.
Then the heal farm team puts all their pets into a corner, making certain their warden's auras touch every gladiator.
The longbow wardens can be set on defensive, the rest put them on passive.
Then make certain your counter registers the healing done and make everyone who does the farm look away from all the healing (it can make people crash). Looking away means less chance of crashing
For myself, I like evenings around 10 pm and letting the farm go while sleepage. And saturday... hmm hope people will join up, even though its prime game time.

Yes it will Larac. However i know of atleast 4 people including me that would love joining up on another heal farm (the remnant of the first heal farms, due to this thread)
I'll update the motd in sals and hopefully get more people. But we should just set a date first, monday?

Monday evening is fine by me. I'll log on about 2145 on Monday.
Well made an announcement on Sals. Currently its set on Monday the 6'th at 10pm /servertime.
So for some it will be in around 11 in the evening and for some it will be at midnight.

I hadn't actually seen your reply when I posted - the forums have this annoying habit of not displaying pages with a single post on them
I guess the effect is the same though - the player would be "Invalid Target" whilst goto would just be no target - i.e. they use heals only.
and Damz they're generally done overnight whilst you sleep so some may drop when connections fail or clients crash anyway - first person view looking away from the heal spam helps with that though.
