I believe the accolades that come with day jobs are auto powers and require you to log out at the locations to gain extra reward
and those that are clicky powers can be accessed thru your powers tab and dragging into your power tray
Yeah, you probably just need to drag the power from your tab (listed under "day job powers") to your try.

May have to Bug/Petition it after the weekend.

This happened to me too, yesterday.
Got the Physician accolade, but there was no Revive Ally power in the power list and/or power trays.
I /bugged it
The accolade power doesn't appear until you log on to get the badge, then log off in the same location to earn time on the power, then log on again.

I have just got my first Day Jobs Accolades for my Villains (Black Op) and Heroes (Security Chief). But I don't seem to be able to get access to those powers that come with the Accolades. Can anyone help?
