Well then i should wait for a suitable barchelor.
Also we can turn off XP valves anytime we want as far as i know.
Okay another idea depending on the team size and hero ATs.
If we can't get enough people or some AT (Tankers i am looking at you), we can use this pacts to level up back-up heroes so we can swap heroes for AVs or other needs of the team.
For people lagging behind(XP-wise) we can turn off XP gain as i said.
First let us see who will join and say what.
I'm now going to roll a Fire/En Blaster name I hope will be mereman (shouldn't be taken on Union). I'll take him to lvl3 then park him up ready.
I might try a tank as well but be warned I'm very new to tanking

We could have a whole second team leveling up behind the scenes if we wanted to with leveling pacts! But I think pacting with each other within this team is a more down to earth idea. Dunno though, having backup chars ready to use at the right level if a certain AT can't make it would be handy.
I'll think about what character I want to roll today, will probably be a blaster or defender.

Seriously that will be a good idea as leveling most tanks 'till stamina can be pain. For tanking, well thanks to Saxtus i know some basics and can help you. Blasters and Tankers two ATs make you feel real heroic if you ask me. Blasters with their damage output make you feel power in your finger tips, tankers on the other hand make you feel invincible. You can stand there and laugh while those punny villians strain themselves to hurt you a bit.

Also Shadow characters can give team more freshness. If you get bored with your current hero you can swap your other character and see things in a bit different.
You know well from our earlier experiences most of the 8 level teams soon become core circle teams. In my opinion this is possibly because of people want to try somethings different in a new team and then can't get a hold on that character (powers, concept, AT... you name it).
Also i like to add that i am loving our teams not because it gives me a chance to level up heroes on a regularly but because we have fun together. So not gaining XP every now and then won't hurt me much. That depends on what other people might say tho'.
Agreed about the reason for joining you guys it's because of the fun we have.
Any way mereman lvl3 and parked up about to roll a tank.

I think i need to change/re-roll Good Hope, he looks... well plainly horrific. Also i think as i can't find a time to use my primary with empathy more passive/fire-and-forget primary will be more useful. So i think he will be a Ill/Empath.
Wish I could join you, but I am usually out Saturdays, any chance we could have a Sunday team?

This is the thread for an all flying team of Heroes. Staring Knightly, Spirit and mereman.
If anyone wants to join please post here we will be meeting each week on a Saturday at 19:00 British time. All are welcome the only thing is you have to have Flight as your main travel power.
We will be starting in the new year, New Year new team.
We try to do as much of the content of the game as possible, not many radio missions. so if you want to do missions and have fun please join.
I think I can say we are laid back about playing and we try to be helpful.
