so according to some testing on us forum mm´s get to us it in rain whats up with that?

This made me think, can someone check if storm mm can pu the accurate to hit debuff in hurricane?

I'd assume not, as Hurricane's ToHit Debuff component doesn't have a hit check...

Yes, it doesnt even thout it has 1 accuracy. But can someone check if it takes it anywway?

I take back my logical viewpoint as it seems there's a few powers that allow both acc and tohit debuff enhancements, yet do not allow accurate tohit debuff enhancements, etc.
