The only thing i'm thinking of is moving one slot from aid self to true grit for max hp or health for better regen.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think that would be a good idea.

One other thing you may want to consider is swapping the Recharge IOs in Build up for a Rec and Something/Rec of Adjusted Targeting. You'll lose about a 4 second recharge on it, but you'll gain a 2% damage buff overall.

I also saw that you would be using Focused Accuracy, if this is the case then I think the 4th LotG in Parry would be overkill on Accuracy. That slot could be used in:

- True Grit for extra health/regen
- Stamina for an extra 2.5% damage
- Health, slotting a Regenerating Tissue proc to gain an extra 43% regen.

Regardless of this and as it stands, you've got a top notch build.

Had another idea (i'm never gonna finish this am i? ).

No such thing on overkill on accuracy in my book
But in order to fix me not being at defense cap on AoE defense i changed my slotting in deflection some. I lose the 2.5% ranged def, but i should still be just over cap (mids showing phalanx giving 6% def when it only gives 3.75% due to it having one person in range). This also has the benefit of giving me slightly more regen and hp and some S/L resists. Plus plugging up the 0.6% aoe defense i was lacking for solo cap.

Good idea on the + regen unique in health.

I also expanded on your idea with build up. 2% damage does not do much for me, but if i put another slot in it and use 2 gaussian and anormal recharge io, i get 5% more flight speed which will be nice when hoverscrapping, and putting my recharge down on build up to 45 seconds, so build up and shield charge are only 1 second apart instead of two.

That's cool at least the defences are all sorted now, I would recommend removing a slot from Deflection (Serendipity: D/E/R) and putting an extra Numa in True Grit, you'll get more HP that way.

I'm a bit concerned about endurence though, you don't have Conserve Power anymore and your endurence recovery has diminished a fair bit due to Focused Accuracy. That may become an issue in long fights.

Endurance isn't so bad actually.
I have a net gain of over 2 end/s. And if i really need end i can use one with the shield. I never ever had to use conserve power before, unless i was figthing some end draining mobs, but even then they barely hit me anyway.

I'll think on moving that one slot. i could replace the remainign two serendipitys with 2 enzyme exposures. Dunno what would be best.

Your call on that, if you were not going to use the Serendipity in Deflection you could move another slot from there and place this into Health as a normal Heal IO, then have one Enzyme Exposure instead.

Quite a few options to choose from.

i would put the healing uniques(except miracle in true grit since it seems to yield the best results.

I am currently looking at this for my own build plan.

I would try to get rid of Parry by getting 45% def to all without it or increase its damage instead of def buffing. Currently your 23% with that + 30% to melee with bonuses and then you got Phalanx which increases with Allies. Parry damage setted and at 15% base to softcap in melee so for me no need to def slot it. Be it that I like confront I'd be trying to softcap to all and not have to have Parry at all but Parry is perhaps better when exemping.

In Build Up with so few slots Adj Targetting would suit me better.

Well, little update on this char.
I've now made her into the new heroside Sapphic Neko
The old DB/WP Sapphic Neko on defiant is now under a new name. (The original DB/WP Brute on union still remains tho!).

She's almost finished on the slotting, I decided with the last build i posted here.
I am missing a Numina:Heal in True Grit, Numina:Heal in Aid Self, Kismet: Accuracy and the +regen unique.

I've used her in some TFs and versus hamidon and i have to say she's by far the most powerful character i've made. I can forsee my Elec/Shield brute rivaling her when i get fully IO'd out tho.

I'm very happy with how she turned out. It took me awhile, and about 30 revisions on her build in the end. But the result is impressive! I've neevr thought IO's made that much diffrence and tbh i thought of em mostly as fluff. But this project have really changed my opinion and i can see how big of a diffrence it made for me.

My only real defensive weakness is when i miss parry, and even with parry slotted for defense, i still put out enough damage to solo an AV (only tried Chimera tho).
I also tanked the monsters on monster isle without too much trouble, even tanked two at once a few times.

And on hamidon having one with the shield was a godsend. The extra hitpoints and the +100 knockback prot really did the trick. Capped regen with all that HP was nummy

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who gave me ideas, it's been a learning experience for me on how to do things.

Well it was this I saw on the Mothership Sunday didn't I? Herded some to you with my scrapper, passed aggro onto you as I know how to do that and you held up really well. Cute character anyway.
