What kind of message are you getting?
It just says " the account name or password is incorrect " But its definatly not
You may have run into the infamous, and all too common, "US updater" problem. If so, you're unintentionally trying to connect to the US servers which isn't where your new account lives.
If you have and you try following the steps in this post it should sort you out.

I don't really understand that link :S I've tried it, but I don't know where I put the CohUpdater.EU.exe when I right click to the shortcut
Right click, then select "properties", and an info box should open, with a little window at the top that has the current address in it - change that to have the "EU" part in it.
And hurry - the servers just went back up with the new patch

Why can't I log in? I've made an account on NCsoft, and i've changed my game account password multiple times, and downloaded everything, but it just doesent work... Any ideas anyone? Thank you
