Soulbound Alliegence build up?
Chance to proc every time the pets use an attack afaik.

I have it in Call Thugs. I've run 3 missions in a row with a Punk's combat attributes open with no change to damage or ToHit numbers. Is this proc broken or something?

It Procs fine as far as I can remember, but it has a VERY short duration. About 5 seconds IIRC.
Bottom Line is that your pet will only get use out of the buff if it can:
1./ START one attack (Proc activates but the +damage is not applied to THIS attack)
2./ Finish animating that attack
3./ Begin another attack (Proc +damage is applied)
all within a period of 5 seconds.
It's not that. I just haven't seen it proc at all. Mids says the proc lasts some five and a half seconds. Like I said, I was monitoring the pet's attributes the whole time and there were no changes to Damage and ToHit over the duration of 3 mission.
Combat attributes does not always report the correct information, especially when it comes to pets.
I really should do something about this signature.

Guess I'd best run a few low-difficulty missions with just the tier 1 Punks out to try it out, then. With all pets out my screen is too full of numbers from the Enforcer cones and their Lady Grey proccage, and the Arsonist's fire bombs, heh.

I got rid of it because I simply did not see a difference with or without it in my combat performance (I never ever did actually notice it proccing in any way), and could use the 6th slot in Call Thugs better in another power.
Guess it's one of those love it or hate it things.
The general consensus seems to be that it's worth it in multiple pets like Imps and PA because if one pet fires it they all get the B/U also with multiple pets there's a higher likelihood that it will fire.
As you said though if you dont notice the differance you might as well use the slot else where.

I've slotted my grave knights with the chance for build up, but i'm not sure if its working? Does it give a chance every 10 seconds or only when i summon the pets?
