That's a damn handy tool, especially for working out which of the Ouroboros flashbacks I need to do 
One slight bug for you though, on the overview for Heroes, you have the History badges counting from I36, should be I35

Message to those who have downloaded and use the 1_3 version (which is the version i will continue to update and change).
To save yourself from lots of work:
Do edit the "overview CoX" i135 not 136. That way you save yourself to fill out the form.. once again

Did a little hotfix, now that I-13 is launched.
Removed a few bugs (overview CoX), where not all badges got registrated.
Some cosmetical changes (moving a badge up or down on the list)
Added a new little feature. Since I still use (for the ease of it) Achivements as the main folder. I've added a little sum total line. That way one can more easily see "now which category is WRONG".
Since I already use a code for Invention, InventionProgress has such a sum at the bottom of the page too.
For the new update. Just go to first page and download the "Badgesheet1_3"

Due to the Dev's choice of removing the possibility to earn "Reformed", I had to mention this on the badgesheet.
History: (NOT fishing for discussion, just stating things)
It has after all been with us since Issue 6. Now it was unintentionally given to us as a possible badge (but the badge text and name is completely different then the villain badge (Villain version)) through getting confused in a pvp zone and fight the longbow there.
With the Second Rikti invasion and introduction of Vanguard in Issue 10 there came a contact named Gaussian. Through this mission we had the possibility of fighting Longbow in a very ligit way. Thus we did not need to get confused anymore. Thus we thought the Reformed badge was VERY intentional.
With the patch 18.20081210.7T3
Fixed a bug where heroes would see the Villain/Reformed badge progress bar. This badge should be completely unobtainable by heroes. Those players already with the badge will keep the badge.
We can only say
R.I.P "Reformed"
R.I.P "Longbow Spec-Op"-gladiator badge.

2 new Veteran badges (CoX-Veteran)
Abiding and City Traveler (57 and 60 month veteran badges)

The newest version of my Badge Checklist.
With the Arrival of Issue 14 soon on the live server this will (hopefully) help your badgehunting needs.
For those who are unfamiliar, this badgelist has every badge recorded so just use Excel or Openoffice (although some of the shortcuts wont work on the latter it seems).

I've decided to drop the name tag of 1_3, since that would be abit wrong now 
BUT to easily distinguish which version you are using I will still use the Version number.
The observant observer will notice that some of the MA badges do not have amount of XX needed to complete. One reason, the sources did not tell me, and the recorder in-game will tell you. (I hide behind that, but would like full info.. ofc).
Also some of the badges will have ??? in them. This is because the name and method of getting it is still unknown (go figure).
All in all 118 new Mission Architect badges, + explorer, + dayjob and Dayjob accolade.
Check the "See Changes" on the tool, for other changes.
Also, could a friendly moderator change the first post in this thread and add the link given in this post?

For some weird reason the names that appeared was hero names (aka it used the overview CoH page...)

And with the arrival of Issue 15, there is a new update on the badgesheet. So here to aid you is my Badge Checklist.
Removed the MA badges that where going to be removed.
Added the Arena Badges
Only uncertain of if there is an accolade or not "Arena All-Star". So would like to get feedback on this so I can fix it on my sheet.
Fixed a few links, addes a little text here and there.

Added a quick little Update.
V.1.5.1 Hotfix
CoX Arena badge Correctly made the Arena All-Star count as an Accolade. Thus removing it from Accomplishment.
CoX: Sum totals Added sum for Exploration, History, Accolade, Gladiators, Veteran. Due to problems with sums on Achivements-Inventions
I can't get the code to work (weird enough CoV did). For now Invention-Progress has the total sums.
CoH: Accomplishents Moved "Apocalyptic" (Lady Grey TF) and "Temporal Strife" (Imperious TF) under subcategory Task Forces.
CoV: Accomplishments Moved "Apocalyptic" (Lady Grey TF) and "Temporal Strife" (Imperious TF) and "Arbiter" under subcategory Strike Forces.
CoX: Veteran Added "Honorable" (63 months) and "Enduring" (66 months).
Added info about each 3-months reward.

I've edited the requirments to the various badges (see list of changes) and added the two new Master Of badges. I assume them to be under Defeat badges with the previous one.

Have made a little excel sheet to help with badgetracking. Now, my Excel knowledge is abit limited so it dont have any macros and things like that. (So dont expect any One-click and update the excel sheet-kinda thing (sadly))
All you do is simply mark the badge you got.
Just play and when you get a badge just mark it on the appropriate page.
If you download it do download the 1.3 version, as changes in the setup will be minimal (hopefully).
Do give feedback report bugs etc.
