Shield Icon bugged

The Shield SG icon isnt showing up as a chest detail, or on base details such as flags and display pieces. This has been the case for as long as I can remember. Still no fix? =[

I've bugged it before, I couple of times if I recall, seeing as this also didnt work on my old SG, which was a coupla years ago now.
Figured posting here might get it noticed. Maybe not...
