If it comes with a "disable" button, I will be hitting that the first time the window pops up, but if others really need it, whatever.

I've suggested this before, so of course I'm going to /sign this, even though I almost never quit by accident anymore.
Yes, we need this very very much : D I done it so many times.
I did a search for this and found this and wanted to /sign this as well.
This would be the most beneficial to me for TFs/SFs since even if I quit a regular mission team it wouldn't be "the end" and really aggravating...just annoying.
I'd also like to suggest an option under the "Options -> Misc" section for something like, "Hide team/TF Quit button".
Having the confirmation dialog box for quitting a TF/SF and/or team is nice (would be nice for teams like the OP suggested); however, I know there have been times where I clicked on 'quit' and the pop-up shows and I was very close to hitting 'yes' because I thought it was a prompt for something else (like say a Fortune buff/etc).
So if there was an option to just plain hide the quit button that'd be great as well I think
