That change is something that really excites me, if I understand it correctly.

Does he mean that if an enemy hits you with a power which currently would drop your toggles, after I13 it won't drop those toggles?

That to me is one of the most irritating things about this game, having to constantly reclick your toggles.

Toggles that affect yourself (resis/def shields as an example) are the ones that dont detoggle but will be supressed. Wasnt it mentioned that agressive toggles are the ones that WILL detoggle?
No official comment on leadership toggles yet i think.

If anything, I found it quite dull. i know a lot of people love all that mathematics and power balancing stuff but to me it's kinda boring. As long as I can fly fast, I don't really care how it affects various buffs and such.
