Something like:
/bind g "say ConGz$$e cheer"
should do the job.
or you could type out, in full:
/e cheer$$say ConGz!
You can substitute local/broadcast/team for say if you want.
But a bind would probably be better, using the format Standoff gives.

ive tried it and the full version seem to work
/e cheer$$ etc etc etc
but when i try to bind it it wont let me
any ideas why
If you're typing exactly what Standoff posted and using a key not bound to anything else then no. It should work.

Is there any bind out there that allows u 2 use any emotes while saying something. i know u can have it with powers i.e. "full auto-say hello to my little friend."
but i was hoping to have something like "ConGz-/e cheer"
