Costume Change Tokens vs No Tailor Fee

Depends how much of a fashionista you are, I guess.
Speaking for myself, I've only been playing for 15 months and at least three of my characters have only got 1 token left. It's kind of like this, y'see... you've had a hard day, you log on late at night, you've eaten cheese... you're looking at the new toon you've created and you're thinking "Wow, that is one HOT costume. I've outdone meself there!"
...And then, in the cold light of day, when you've had a night's sleep and the effects of the cheese have worn off, you dial up the character again - and you think "Dear GOD, what the HELL has she come as?!!"
(Speaking as someone who was responsible for 'C-UJimE' and a toon who looked like she was on her way to The Colourblind Cowgirl's Fetish Club.

I don't play him much since he hit 50, but when Kiken was still active on the US servers I estimate he spent almost as much Inf on costume changes as he did on Enhancements. And that was with the dozens of free costume tokens he picked up. (In todays go-getting, forward-looking, jet-setting hero world, you can't go letting your image get stale!)
So, yes, I'd be very pleased if Icon decided to just waive their fees permanantly. Let's face it, with the auction houses and IO crafting now in game, it's hardly needed as an Inf sink anymore.

Well I tend to make a Alt and very rarely change them 
So I have rather a lot of free costume tokens.

I always tweak my cossies
One char had 43 free tokens + whatever amount from vet rewards (i think 10-ish?)
Now she's down to 20 something, so i am using em up 
ICON is the best part of City of Heroes, so i'm always there changing cossies.
My older characters tend to have, like a few hundred tokens. Crow has 5 costume slots, so every time they fix a costume bug he gets 5 tokens. He never has to pay for costume changes.
New characters, of course, don't have them. I tend to pay for minor changes with Inf and break out a Vet reward token if I need to do a really large change, like designing a whole new costume.
And I have one character who I like to change the costume on a lot in her civilian identity. So she has a second character slot allocated and I rebuild her alter ego from scratch every few days, otherwise I'd have to start transferring large amounts of Inf to her.

Yeah i spent a ridiculous amount of inf to change into the redding rifle which i could have used elsewhere.
I logged on last night to make use of the new Cyborg cossie parts with my AR/Dev blaster only to find he had 12 Costume Change Tokens. A quick flick through my other alts revealed all of them have at least 6 such tokens. As these tend to be handed out for Vet rewards and other random times is it still worth being vien them or has everyone now got so many that Icon may as well just do free costume changes?
