Yeah teams would be the best "spot" so to speak.
(and tape your brother to a wall while you do it so his leveling slows down... Or casually mention the sidekick system)
Yeah he sidekicked (Umm is that right?) Me once to do a couple of missions together but teaming is pretty hard when you know no one at all and your brother is a self proclaimed legend of cty of heroes lol.

We are all self proclaimed legends 
But use your search option to look for people within your range and ask if there are any spaces on team (Please look at comments though!) even place a comment in your own field so people looking to build team can see your LFT.
Also broadcast that your looking for a team in zones, try Faultline, Talos etc 
Thanks belenus i went in a six man team and went through faultlines and talos and got to level 21 in about an hour 
I'm a level 18 regen scrapper and have been teaming with my brother for a few days and he being an expert passed me easily and now he wont team with me. So can anyone tell me where i could train for some easy EXP?
