As FloatingFatMan says, you'll need to contact the support team in order to receive assistance with this issue. The support team can be contacted through the "/petition" command in-game, or through the "Ask a Question" tab in our Knowledge Base at http://uk.support.plaync.com .

Our teams are currently looking into an issue that is probably related to this. If you haven't already, please submit a ticket (see TechMan's post above).
I recently bought the CoH Europe Wedding Pack add-on via credit card and now it says: You can't use the supplied serial code.
The supplied serial code is valid, but it can not be used to create a new account and it can not be applied to any accounts you already have.
What does this mean? Have I done something wrong?
