The auction system for both Heroes and Villains will normally be out of action when the US servers are undergoing maintenance (the European and US servers share the same auction houses). This would explain the outage you've seen this afternoon.

Wentworth's is down for Heroes at the moment, yes. We're working on getting it back up and running as quickly as possible.

If you contact the support team, they should be able to correct the issue for you.

You can contact support through the in-game petition system (although if you choose this route, please be sure NOT to file a bug report as the support team cannot respond to these). Alternatively, you can contact the support team through the "Ask a Question" tab in the Knowledge Base at http://uk.support.plaync.com .

On a side note, please be sure to send a Petition - rather than a Bug Report - when reporting this issue to our support team. As mentioned in the City of Heroes / Villains Updater, you won't receive a response from a GM when sending a bug report. In this case, a GM response will be necessary in order to collect any additional information about your PC / internet connection.
