Veteran rewards after US to EU transfer

just wondering if there is any update on this other than the answer in the FAQ (which is ,that the vet time doesnt transfer with you but they are working on a way to resolve this).

I transferred in dec 2005 (I joined in 2004 on the US servers, played europe beta etc) and as far as I can tell, I'm still missing my plai up time for the US servers (nearly 2 years IIRC).

Any update on when this will be rectified, or if it has been rectified and didnt apply to me 'cos I let my account lapse for a while there ?

If you contact the support team, they should be able to correct the issue for you.

You can contact support through the in-game petition system (although if you choose this route, please be sure NOT to file a bug report as the support team cannot respond to these). Alternatively, you can contact the support team through the "Ask a Question" tab in the Knowledge Base at http://uk.support.plaync.com .

For info - i too, transferred, when the EU version came out and i enquired via the support team and it was corrected for me.

A quick update on this. The reward time hadn't been transferred properly and this has now been corrected.

I for one am really impressed with the speed of support and the ease of resolution. coming from someone who works in a support environment that is high praise indeed!
