i agree with gamete,hover on stalker??,i got a lvl 50 em/wp pvp only,i took speed,concealment,fitness+teleport..the reason for teleport over sj is that if you are good at pvp then you do not stand still long enough to get AS.so i thought if i cant catch em,ill tp foe them,then AS.which works mint...

But seriously if you really have to utilise defence set bonuses then take CJ and slot it up. Hover is a waste of a power pick for anyone who wants to be half decent at PvP, like others have said
