Invites causing crashes

I have also experienced this invite/zoning bug (although I cheat and skip the updater so no need to verify for me 
)

Badging character: Bimble on the Union server, Badgehunter.com and City Info Tracker.
Getting this also.... It's not just team invites though, a global channel invite cause me to crash too
CoH PvP SG = SuperUnion - Co-Leader - Union/Freedom
CoV PvP VG = Disruption - Co-Leader - Union/Freedom
Global = @Rent & @Rent.
Playgroup are all **** - Global Handle
It seems like everytime you log/zone/enter a mission when someone has invited you and you having replied yet causes you to crash. It happenned to me twice in a row so I asked a friend to let me try it, and 3 out of 3 times i got booted from the game, having to verify file after each
