Try both. Both are great for pvp, 1 isnt better then the other. It comes down to the player.

Despite people arguing against it i will say Fire is slightly better due to some tiny details.
However biggest equator between the two is that Fire is easier to counter.
Unless the opposing blaster is Spag.Then you are doomed one way or the other.

Well obviously since ice just aint right up there.
In short, for teams: Fire prolly the best, for duels: Psi top with ice following although Psi can work just as good in teams.
