It's not so much for the user of the avatar, it's more for the way it helps present yourself to others in-game.
Animated faces would make our avatars seem more alive.

I am curious how many of you play first person view to be able to observe facial expressions really.At maxed out every possible detail in the game and to be honest cant really say that face makes any difference considering there are other things to observe.
New skeleton definitely would rock.Facial expression and animated hair is defo must not's unless they use some good engine.
As far as current coding goes well its no secret that midle spec and lower specs machines cant enjoy game in all its glory like FFM said despite the game being quite old atm.
