your friend must have had their account deactivated for over 90 days to benefit.
Also I believe there is a seperate invitation for returning players and new players, so did you use the right one.
If all else fails, open a support ticket

He was deactivated for nearly a year, and I sent the right invitation, cause I sent the same invitation to a different friend where it worked, I'm pretty sure he botched the procedure somehow.
Plus I might be a foreign devil, however I am capable of reading instructions... my friend on the other hand.

Heya, I invite my best mate back to the game using the friend referral program by playNC, however fool that he is he seems to have read the instructions possibly wrong. He reactivated but did neither of us got the extra free days, does anyone know when exactly does he have to use the code that was sent to him?
