Performance Shifter: Chance for +Endurance
Procs in tick-based powers (whether toggles, passives, LBAoE's, summons with passives) will not check for the proc chance until it's been 10 seconds since they last did.
Yup the proc has a chance to fire every 10 seconds. However, if you are 3-slotting stamina then a chance of +end in the third slot will, on average, work out sightly better than a standard IO or SO with the added benefit of not being affected by -recovery.

The way I see it, my end recovery is 2.70 per second, that means that every 4 seconds I get about 10 endurance, slightly more.
But, with this proc, Every 10 seconds, when I would be getting about 20 endurance, or maybe 25, I would be getting a possible extra 10 endurance.
So potentially, I could earn 35 endurance, in the same amount of time to earn 25. And like you said, it could save your life after you fire your nova powers, and are left with no endurance recovery.

Actually if 3 slotting Stamina and using the proc on the 3rd slot will reduce significantly your recovery. The optimum slotting is to use the Performance Shifter proc on a 4th slot in Stamina for maximum benefit.-
I use it on Scarlet (El/El/El) and it does make a difference, but not huge. I have Stamina 4 slotted, 3 End Mod IOs and the PS +Chance for End. I'd say go for it but don't expect a miracle but it's enough to give you a bit of an edge

No it won't, at least not if my maths is right. The proc has a 20% chance to give 10 Endurance every 10 seconds which averages out to 0.2 end/sec. Using the atrributes window, Stamina three slotted with IOs gives 0.97 end/sec. Stamina slotted with two IOs and the proc gives 0.87+0.2=1.07 end/sec.

I can't argue with that but not everyone has the slots to spare

Only in a power where most to all of the rest of the set is worth taking like consume would I consider going for the 0.04 end rec bonus and I would have to go to 5 for the dam buff as well.
In stamina I'd simply go basic end mod, performance shifter end mod and end mod proc as I normally find other better places to slot.

I read elsewhere on this forum that properties from Numina's and Miracle (+ recovery and regen) can be made permanent if slotted into health, or any other auto power.
However.... How about Performance Shifter: Chance for +Endurance being slotted into Stamina?
The way I was explained it, was that Numina's and miracle, grant 120 seconds of increased regen/recovery everytime it fires, and apparently the power fires every 0.2 seconds on a tick rate.
So... in theory, the same should be for Stamina, so, for stamina, the tick rate would be about 0.2.
Does this mean that if I slotted Performance Shifter: Chance for +Endurance into stamina, there would be a 20% chance that I would regain 10 endurance on each tick?
I might have some numbers wrong here, but could someone let me know if this would work?
In theory, if you were exceptionally lucky, you could get this proc fireing multiple times in a row, in an auto power, restoring your endurance exceptionally fast.
In theory at least.
Let me know if anyone has tried this.
