I don't know if this has been suggested before but i vaugely remember something like that on this boards.
Anyway this kinda thing is what i am missing most about DDO. Other than a search panel a social panel where you can advertise your mission (or better you can input a search comment with a game like Coh where missions spawn in different doors unlike DDO's stable quest enterances) and required ATs will be good. But on the other hand some ATs especially non healing defenders can take it a bit offensive as for much of the player base Defender = Healer.
Also i heard there are a possibility of Matchmaker system as my friend recalls it. Which will probably do what you are asking for.
It would be nice if, in the search results, team leaders were marked with a star same as they are in the team window, perhaps with another symbol to denote if the team is full or not. Perhaps when you right-click someone on a team who is not the leader it would give an option to /tell team leader as well.
Another improvement would be if the team leader could set a team status, much like the "looking for team" status available when you're not on a team, to say that they're looking for more people (or not) and what they're doing.

Don't know if this has been posted before, sorry if it has already been discussed.
How about a facility under search for teams that shows who is leading teams and what sort of missions they are doing i.e. if they are doing missions or on a trial or TF. Would mean that poeple would contact the team leader rather than other people in the team for invites.
