Can't access PlayNC Master Account

I have been trying to log into my Master a/c with no success, and this could have serious implications.

I know what my account name is, and what my password was as of April 2008. My primary email address, which I used to set this a/c up with, no longer exists (hence why I need to get into my master a/c to change it).

I have made sure that the information is correct, as I have copied and pasted the password (to avoid errors), and have double checked spelling when entering my account name.

Any Ideas?

Hit the support option...
Remember the master account and support have different logins.

That's very unlikely to work. Most modern applications won't actually let you copy text from a password field these days; so you're likely just pasting in "***********" instead of what the password actually is.

Will try it normally then, but had no issue with copy and pasting previously.

I think that I reset my original password, to one of my standard passwords that I use for internet activites.

I could not "ask a question" on the support account page, as it said I already had an account. I then (wish I hadn't in hindsight) managed to change my password, but I think that it isn't being sent to my old email address, that is now discontinued. I am now in big poo poo... can anyone supply a direct link for support please....

The "Ask a Question" page IS the direct link to support. However, you can easily create a new support account as they're different from your PlayNC or game one. Try making a new support account and getting hold of them that way.

Filled in the starting form, putting a new email address into the first box, then proceeded to fill in all other details, then I clicked "continue" where it says "when you are done....", went through to the next screen, filled in those boxes, clicked on the final button and it says "that email already exists on file"...

How can it when I have just opened it, and no-one else has that email address obviously.....

Getting very frustrated with PlayNC's support option, which is a pile of [censored]....

Well.. Use a different email address then.... If you haven't got one, get a web one like hotmail or googlemail...

I was trying that with a @live.co.uk address, and finally got a support account generated, so I eventually got to ask my question. I just hope the answer is what I want to hear?

When I actually managed to get a support account, I must admit that the service they provided on this occasion was first class. Many Thanks GM Max!
