Dual > Regen respec for natural scrapper

Hi people, I'm a little stuck on my scrapper.

He's a lvl 42 natural dual bladed regen scrapper. However, i have no idea on how to slot him. I've basically just shuved anything anywhere, thus now having a major endurance problem

I've attached two screenshots of my current enhancement layout and was hoping if anyone could help me with respecing it.





I've been told by one person to do the following, but im not sure, it seems like a lot on the regen stuff, but here goes..

Keep dual stuff as it is,

Regen:

Fast Heal - 4 x heal slots
Quick Recov - 4 x endur mods
Dull Pain - 3 x recharge reduction 3 x heal
Intergration - 3 x heal 3 x endurance reduction
reconstruction - 3 x recharge reduction 3 x heal
<<told to get rid of resilience>>
Instant Heal - 3 endurance reduction 3 x recharge reduction
<<told to get rid of revive>>
<<told to get rid of moment of glory>>

I was also told to get rid of speed and use Fitness (Swift, health and stam)

And to pick Epic: Body Mas - Focus Acc with 2 endur reduce and 1 dmg enhancement.

I'd be really greatful if you could give me a hand as I honestly have nooooo idea what I'm doing to be honest

right lose the extra jumps from super jump, ot at least one of them cause 2 takes it to max, or close enough

I'd keep hasten but ditch super speed if jumping will be your main means of travel. 1 SO in SS almost caps it, I wouldn't bother with the second if you're keeping it.

Moment of glory is now useful to take alpha strikes, I would keep it and slot it for recharge.

Instant healing is a click now, it hasn't neeeded 3 end reds in it since I5 (if it ever did) 3 recharge, 3 heal is how I have mine slotted

Integration should be fine on 1 or 2 end reductions, if you're taking stamina then definitely only need one

Fast healing I'd leave with 3 heals
Quick recover 3 end mors

Hasten is helpful on a regen cause Dull Pain, Recon, MoG and IH all benefit greatly from it, they're your best mitigation

the toggle version did now its all about recharges

but yeah everything cynic said is true

I'd drop the 2 slots from fast healing for now, they're much more useful in powers like dull pain and reconstruction.
Dropping the extra slots from combat jumping is a good idea too, because the 2nd defence enhancement only adds about 0.4%'ish actual defence.
I'd also remove the extra slots from prestige power slide because they arent exactly needed.

I would question the use of recharge redux in your attacks my DB usually has one combo possible without the need for recharge other than Ablating strike. Might be diffrent at higher lvls not really sure.
If you have a respec available then I would drop the jumping pool and resilience for stamina especially as you say you have end managment problems. (also freeing up more slots in your attacks)
I would question the advice of 4 slotting a power that you only want to enhance one aspect of, 3 should be more than enough.
Slotting travel powers has very little effect other than a slight QoL aspect. And I would advice 3 slotting hasten for recharge.
